Mar 15, 2022 · If you burn a mere 2000kcals a day by the end of 10 days of water fasting you would buen roughly 20000kcals because some metabolic slowdown should happen afaik, a pound of fat is roughly 3500 kcals so you would potentially lose about a little more than 6lbs in 10 days which is awesome. I think if you do 10 day water fast, you could lose close to 10 pounds. And that's the bare minimum if you are a not very obese male.
